Filling in this application form will require careful planning of your trip. Please take the time to think the project through before filling in this form, as changes may not be possible once the bookings have been made.

Please note that neither travel to and from Berlin, nor accommodation in Berlin is included in the tour arrangements. You are free to choose your own arrangements (see list of suggested hotels overleaf).

You will receive confirmation of your entire booking if your application is successful. Please do not book anything in connection with this tour (such as a flight), before receiving confirmation of your enrolment. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to call +32.472.501894.

Enrolment can only be accepted with full payment. This will happen on a first-come first-served basis.Before the closing date you can cancel your enrolment at any time and the price will be refunded. After the closing date, the tour fee will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation unless your place is taken by someone from the waiting list. The Society cannot guarantee to find a replacement if you are unable to attend for any reason. Therefore we advise you to take out cancellation insurance. Full health, accident and theft insurance is also compulsory. Once confirmed, accommodation bookings cannot be changed without incurring a financial penalty. All refunds are subject to a possible deduction for administrative and/or banking costs.

Please note that the tour is intended to be accessible to all, irrespective of language. The tour leader will endeavour to lead discussions/translate in English, German, Dutch and French, where required.
